NOTIFICATION OF A SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting will be held at 6.30 pm on Thursday the 9th October (venue to be advised) to consider the following motion:
It is proposed the Cedars of Lebanon Club Dunedin Inc, makes a donation not exceeding sixty five thousand dollars ($65,000.00), to the Dunedin Public Library, for the purpose of establishing a Digitisation Centre in perpetuity. This centre is to be called The Dunedin Lebanese Community Digitisation Centre.
Only financial members of the club will be eligible to vote.
